Background Document: Declaration of Ottawa on Child Health
The 乌鸦传媒amended its Declaration of Ottawa on Child Health at its General Assembly in New Delhi in 2009. While the general principles stated in the Declaration of Ottawa are necessary for optimal growth and development of a child, it is recognized that fulfilling such principles may be aspirational if resources are constrained.聽 In such situations, meeting the specific principles detailed in this background document should be made a priority for governments, care providers, communities and parents.
